WHERE DOES THE CULTIVATED SHIP?

When your order ships, you will receive an email with you're tracking number and a link to view this information online.
HOW QUICKLY WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE?
The Cultivated currently offers standard and express delivery, We do not offer weekend delivery. Please note that certain items considered hazardous materials by the Australian Department of Transportation (e.g., pressurised spray cans, fragrance, nail polish) can only be shipped via regular shipping due to air transport regulations. Restricted items may not be shipped to Alaska or Hawaii.
We strive to process and ship your order within 48 hours of order receipt, and within 48 -72 hours during occasional periods of high order volume. Orders received before 1:00 PM Monday-Friday will normally be processed the same day. Orders received over the weekend and on major holidays will be processed the following business day. Orders received on Friday by 1:00 PM selecting express delivery will be posted out on Monday, barring unforeseen carrier delays. Please check the shipment tracking link in you're shipping confirmation email for the latest shipping status.

WHAT ARE THE CULTIVATED SHIPPING RATES? Our current Australian shipping rates are as follows:
Standard $10.00 (Complimentary on orders over $120) 5-7 business days Express $20.00 1-2 days (Delivered before 8 PM)
International shipping charges are determined by weight and destination. Once your location and products have been selected you're shipping charges will be visible on checkout.
WHAT IS THE RETURN POLICY?
We accept returns only on selected items. Items received within 14 days of original purchase unless otherwise noted on the product detail page. Items must be returned unused, undamaged and unopened in their original product packaging. The original shipping charge and transaction and admin fees if any, is not refundable and will be deducted from your original purchase amount.
We do not accept returns for change of mind. Reasons for an approved return is for faulty items / damaged items.
Returns are simple. Kindly email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and
reasons for return. If return is approved a return to shipping slip will be emailed to you, Affix the Australian post return label provided in your email address to our padded satchel that original co intent was posted to you in , please remove original postage slip to avoid postage confusion and deposit the package at an Australian Post location in either instance requesting a shipping receipt. When the package is received, your funds (the value of the item(s) purchased and any tax applied) will be returned to the original form of payment within 14 days, excluding postage charges paid as they are not refundable.
If you misplaced the return label enclosed in your email, please contact the email@example.com Services team at firstname.lastname@example.org and include your
order number in the correspondence. The Order Services team will process your return request and email you a new return shipping label.

CAN I EXCHANGE AN ITEM?
The Cultivated does not process exchanges at this time. If you would like to exchange an item,
please contact the Order Services team at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will be happy to process a return and place a new order for you.
I THINK MY ORDER IS LOST?
If you do not receive your package within 14 days within Australia, 30 days Internationally, please contact Australia post. If order is lost or cannot be found please email the Order Service team at email@example.com and include your order confirmation number in the correspondence. We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to issue you store credit or to send you replacement products.
CAN I REQUEST PRODUCT SAMPLES ONLINE?
Our team will happily provide you with products samples with every online order made. Unfortunately samples are not given individually without an online order being made. However, The Cultivated Concierge is available to answer product-related questions via email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
MAY I ADD A GIFT MESSAGE TO MY ORDER?
Yes, in Step 1 of the checkout process, you will find an option to enter a message.
CAN I CREATE A CUSTOM GIFT SET?
Yes! For information about creating custom gift sets, contact our Concierge at email@example.com
HOW CAN I BUY A CULTIVATED CARD? You may buy a Cultivated Gift Card online.
You will receive a virtual Gift Card when shopping online. You will need to include the recipient’s name and email address and the date that you wish to send the virtual Gift Card. The virtual Gift Card will be emailed to the recipient on the date scheduled, provided that your full order has been processed and payment has cleared.
You will have the option to include a personal message with Gift Card.

HOW CAN I REDEEM A CULTIVATED GIFT CARD?
You may redeem your Gift Card at www.thecultivated.com.au at check out. Please consider the following information:
If your Gift Card exceeds the total order amount, the remaining balance will be kept ON your Gift Card and can be redeemed in subsequent orders, subject to applicable law.
If your order amount exceeds the value of the Gift Card, the remaining balance must be paid by another valid form of payment.
CAN I RETURN A CULTIVATED GIFT CARD?
No, Gift Cards cannot be returned or exchanged for cash, subject to applicable law.
